Is there any limit to the number of pets each household is authorized in Elk Grove?

Yes, the Elk Grove Restrictive Covenants, pg.16 of 24, states under limitations: Only family pets are permitted. No more than two dogs and two cats may be maintained on any lot.

What can I do if my neighbor's dogs bark all of the time, especially at night?

Our first suggestion is to for you to call your neighbor and ask that they control their dog's baking, especially at night. If the problem continues, you should contact Gallatin County Animal Control at 582-2116, report the dog's barking as a nuisance, and they will come out and speak to the homeowners. If the problem continues, the homeowner will be cited by Animal Control, and fined. Please do not ask either board members or Luna Property Management to call Animal Control. Animal Control requests that the homeowner who is disturbed by the dogs call them, so they have the report first hand. They do not reveal a caller's name to the homeowner of the nuisance dog.

Should I call Luna, our property management company if my water pressure is low, or I lose water completely?

No, our water is provided by Utility Solutions, who is a utility company operating under authority of the state of Montana, exactly the same as our electric company. Call them, if you are having a problem with your water supply - their office phone number is: 585.4166, Their emergency phone number is: 522.1096

How can I find out if the Community House is available for use for an event?

Go to either the News & Events page and look at the calendar and see if the house is scheduled for an event on the date you need. If not, then fill out the reservation form on the Community page and send it in and the house will be reserved for your event.

Who do I speak to about making sure my builders are adhereing to the design guidelines of the community?

To have your design approved, you need to submit a Design Review Packet to the Design Review Committee at Intrinsik Architecture, Inc. located at 111 North Tracy Avenue, Bozeman, MT 59715.  To get a copy please call our HOA managers, Luna Properties, at 406.582.7490 or go to www.elkgrovecommunity.org. The same thing should be done in the cases of remodeling or changing the landscape.
